The project is located on Yongjia Road, which is the most characteristic road in Shanghai. It used to be the French Concession area in Shanghai. On both sides of the quiet road stands the most distinctive plane tree. The original site of the project is an old private house. 

During the design process, we did our best to keep the original cement structure of the old building. And it has been added some American-style design details and elements with postmodern classics, in order to be able to carry out a very elegant blending and mashup with the original structure. We considered the classic furniture and lighting, as the main highlights of soft installation to highlight the exquisite style and romantic feeling throughout the original style and post-modern American style.
